Good morning Joanna. We have seen some amazing balconies around the world, but never saw them the same way you see them. You have an amazing eye, thanks for sharing the photo.

Thanks so much Joe and I am sure everyone sees them in their own beautiful way.
How lovely, Joanna. Reminds me of my aunt's balcony in London, looks like her building too. Very pretty picture.

Oh I want to be there too. So lovely. I bet Pat Kennedy is green with envy.
Ha Ha, you are making me laugh. I bet she has been there many times too! Wishing you a great weekend girlfriend.
Love Paris...it is most definitely the most romantic city I have ever been too and the architecture is breathtaking, Joanna.

It is a beautiful city Ginny-but try Prague next-it is just about as beautiful!
Hi Joanna,
Every building should be so architecturally interesting and ornate! I could just imagine how beautiful it must feel to step out on the balconies of Paris. Those red flowers pop! No wonder people have fallen in love in Paris. It's so romantic! I hope you get to see it all again soon!

Thanks Patricia. Of course, how could you not fall in love with Paris. And I hope you get to see it as well and all the other places of your dreams!
How beautiful! When we built our last home I had a balcony built for my bedroom window. Well, not actually a balcony because there wasn't a door, but the look was there. I loved it.

how charming is that? Did you at least open the window, look out nad throw flowers?
Joanna, I sure hope that a photo like this is not the only thing I shall ever "get to" regarding Paris! Someday, Europe will be off my Bucket List. I loved what Kathy Streib said...you could build a whole movie or novel around this one beautiful picture.

So glad you are safe and sound and back in Austin. Can't wait to hear all about your wonderful trip. xox
Hi Joanna -- with one photo of a balcony(albeit in Paris) you seem to have captured many feelings -- it seems many feel the need to escape, to explore and to enjoy what lies just outside the door -- lots of opportunities.

Michael, I think you are right on target. This balcony is mysterious as well as inviting-who knows what is going on behind those windows or on the street below? Great observation my friend.
Oh this picture is worth a thousand words. I wish I can be there in person. Maybe one day soon....
