Can we come back to view this property again on Saturday?

My buyer asked me this last week.  My response was "Yes, but let's write it up tonight!"

The way the San Antonio, Texas market is going RIGHT NOW  if we don't put an offer in on it, IT WILL BE GONE! This is a good thing for sellers, not so much for buyers, right?  This is the reason why we can take advantage of the option period in our contract.  If you think you like it & don't want to see it gone, let's write it up, ask for an option period of say 7-10 days, pay $50-$100 bucks for your peace of mind that you can back out, if you find something else you like during that time frame, all you lose is your option $.

At this stage in the game, homes that are priced aggresively & look great are flying off the shelves! If you are interested in finding out how to take advantage of an option period & start looking for your dream home, call me!

Amen, Kristin! This is so true about our market in San Antonio. There's not time for second thoughts. Having an Option Period will give buyers a chance to go home on sleep on it over night.
