Well, after a month of Mike Ferry One-On-One coaching I have to say I am more productive than ever. Now it's time to get pumped up after a week of Productivity School next week.
I'll be taking 4 days off during the heart of the Spring Market to sharpen my sales skills, and really internalize my presentation and approach to prospecting. I can't wait to get it going, and cannot wait to use what I will learn next week in day-to-day operations.
How has March gone for you? Me personally, I've listed 3 new homes, and had 4 settlements this month. Two more coming up in April, and hopefully one in May as of right now.
