Lately I have got several questions from borrowers and real estate agents about 100% mortgage financing in MINNESOTA.

100% Mortgage Financing is difficult but possible!

However, CREDIT is more important.  Less than 1 year ago I could get financing up to 100% for individuals with FICO scores as low as 526.  Now, you need a minimum of a 620 FICO and 640, 660 or 680 FICO will make it easier.
