Conrad: I thought this community would be flirting with zero this month but tis not the case. Still, only 3 makes it tough going for buyers who want an REO deal in Byron GA.

That is so true, Amanda. They must be prepared almost immediately when they see the home or there is every risk they will lose it to someone else.
