I'm wondering what all your opinions are about Realtor.com. Do you find it worth it to be seen there?
Also . . . does anyone out there have any experience with Realtor.Com's Market Snapshot?
Does it work well for you?
Does it generate leads?

We have used Realtor.com's showcase feature for years. I can tie specific transactions to the added promotional value of the showcase feature. The Market Snapshot tool looks interesting, but it is a decent investment for a year. We use similar information for some of our local print marketing. Are you considering for farming, website, email lists?
