"Northend & Gardens" in Ocean City, New Jersey - My Area of Interest & Expertise
I have owned property in Ocean City since 1988 ... starting on St James Place in the Northend. Later I purchased another single family in the Gardens. And a bit later, I made my final purchase ... another single family on a much larger lot. Of course, I was buying and selling property during this time frame. Finally, we decided to build a new house using much of the original 1939 house footprint which turned out to be a great decision.
I started working with French Real Estate in 1993 and continued in that building with my Broker, Robert French, for 18 years. I spent 2 additional years with Keller Williams Real Estate after their purchase of the building. I moved on to Goldcoast Sotheby's International Realty where I have been for almost two years.
I've sold properties in almost every street in the Northend as well as a good many in the Gardens too. My leading street in sales is St James Place (Northend), followed closely by Ocean Road (Gardens), and then Stenton Place (again in the Northend). I often say that I may not have been one of the leading realtors in sales throughout Ocean City, but I am certainly one of the more successful realtors in sales in the Northend and Gardens.
I have a real grasp on the workings throughout this part of the island. I have lived in the area since 1988. Finally, I have a quiet understanding and grasp and expertise regarding the sales and purchase of property in the Northend and Gardens.

By the way, my original background has been in public education in Pennsylvania starting as an elementary teacher (two years), movin up to high school history teacher, later department chair/teacher, assistant high school principal, middle school principal (2 years), and high school principal (17 years) ... a total of 32 years of service.
