There is a lot of good stuff on AR!!

I am a "Newbie" to ActiveRain, but already have gotten addicted to the wealth of knowledge here.  And I feel like I have only scratched the surface!  Realtors (and more) helping Realtors!  New concept to me!  But I like it!  Keep it up, guys and gals!

When you have lived in a small rural community for your entire 50 years, you feel like you live in a bubble.  You hear the news about all the mortgage mess caused partly by speculators in the market.  In West Tennessee, I am sure that some of them are here.  But I have not seen "off the chart" results from it.   So we haven't had the market crash and burn.  Ours is a bit slower, but I won't complain.

Thanks to ActiveRain for allowing me to see beyond the bubble!!

I am a newbie too! I agree with you that there is a lot to learn here. I also want to thank everyone! I also need to learn to go to bed before 2a. I get so entrenched with what people are writing time just flies!

Hi and welcome to ActiveRain!  Looks like you have gotten hooked fast since it's late (especially in your time zone!) and you are still on ActiveRain!

There's so much to learn here that I doubt you can cover it all in a year.

BUT, don't forget that you've got information others would like to have.

Remember to share your own experieces.

Welcome to Active Rain!  It is a great place to learn and share!  It is also a very easy addiction to get into.
