Those buyers better hurry, that's not much inventory for foreclosures. I agree with Jerry, buyers will need expert help ( yours) if they hope to buy one of the six available REOs.

George: The bank released all the inventory they had...the increase was small but when there are only a few distressed homes on the market to begin with, any movement makes the numbers jump.
