The energy that is generated by living in a positive way will reward you.  Every time things start to go in the negative direction you need to acknowledge the feeling but give the moment it's due and move on.  At the office we say "I needed that but I'm over it now."  Dwelling on the negative creates a downward whirlpool which can steal everything from a person.

Positive actions and attitude, living by the Golden Rule, these things may make you loose out on a listing sometimes or to do something without compensation but doing the positive brings more profitable opportunities in the future.  You will live a better life, have more fun, and win in the end.

Don't let the "Dark Side" take over your life or your business.

nice post, as always, Paddy. The one thing we can control is our attitude.

Amen.  Words I live by and happy to do.  I know it is ugly out there, but refuse to embrace the negative - deal with it but look on the bright side.  I am much busier and happier for it.  Good for you!

Paddy, that is a great philosophy to get past the momentary distraction and get refocused on the positive solution.

Thanks for your encouragement... I was sitting here at the office thinking..gee no one else is here working today!!  I have been more focused on positive things this year myself and I feel like I am getting more done so that seems to be my reward...plus what you said...live a better life and have more fun!!  We all need more fun sometimes!!  Thanks

Paddy;

Being positive takes work, like anything one does in life. SO, if life has handed you a lemon make lemonade out of it.

Way to Paddy! Negativity just brings you and everyone around you down. No good ever comes from it! Enjoy your weekend!

Thank you all for your great comments.  It was nice to start out the weekend in a positive way.  I am on homefront/taxi duty today and am going solo since my husband is out of town.  I had to drop off kids at dance then do food shopping which is not on my list of favorite things to do but surprise to me I qualified for 30 cents a gallon off on up to 20 gallons of gas from the supermarket savings card.  Yeah me!!! Now I can actually afford to take my next buyer out for a tour LOL

Have a great weekend

Some think its silly, but in my office we believe in our daily Affirmations.  They really do change your outlook, but be careful, if you get into the habit, you will find yourself waking up saying them.  A positive outlook is contagious, share it with everyone you know. ;)

Roger:  Good to hear. Im going to start doing them.

I sent Roger an email asking him to share his daily affirmations with the AR community.  I am hoping we can get something going that will go from coast to coast with positive energy.  You in Jennifer?  Have a great Sunday.
