I was in the Charlotte Observer on Saturday!

Earlier this year, an attorney in the Charlotte, NC, area contacted me after reading my ActiveRain blog.  He provides a weekly column in the Charlotte Observer in the Homes section.  Occasionally, he submits articles from guest columnists and asked me if I would like to be one of them.

Um, YES!

The first article appeared this past Saturday.  Its topic of conversation was regarding what an FHA Condo Approval is and why it is necessary for condominiums to get approved.  It provides very basic information about the FHA loan program, what a condo approval does and what are the benefits of obtaining a condo approval.
