Prince Frederick Movies on Main Street
It is summertime! Students in Calvert County schools do not have to start back to school until August 19th. That means there is still almost a whole month of lazy days left to fill. Are you looking for something to do? Sit under the stars and enjoy one of the Prince Frederick Movies on Main Street.
What: Prince Frederick Movies on Main Street
Where: Duke & Main St, Prince Frederick, MD
When: Saturday, July 26, 2014 8pm
Cost: Free admission
This month's offering for Prince Frederick Movies on Main Street is the 1980's classic "The Princess Bride". Don't be fooled by the title, though. This is not your typical little girl fare. I know several grown men that site this as one of their all-time favorites and quote lines from it all the time. Before the screening begins at 9pm on the giant 35' inflatable screen, Rockfish will be performing live beginning at 8pm. Guests will be served hamburgers and hot dogs, soda or water and, of course, movie candy (because what is a movie without movie candy?). All of this is absolutely free of charge...even the food! All you need to bring is a blanket and/or chair to enjoy the evening in comfort.
Looking for a way to spend a fun time with the family without breaking the bank? Take everyone out this Saturday, July 26th for the Prince Frederick Movies on Main Street. The price may be free but the memories are priceless.
