South Riding Week Update 7/19/2014 - 7/23/2014

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 79 active listings. 5homeslistings new this week; 1 traditional sale condos and 4 traditional sale town homes.  6 homes went under contract; 2 traditional sale condos, 2 traditional sale town homes and 2 traditional sale detached homes.  1 homes sold; 1 traditional sale town homes. I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
