A Realtor in Raleigh NC moves on, but takes his Home Stager with him

Last fall Lasting Impression Staging & Design had the opportunity to stage a Parade Home with great success in North Raleigh for a Realtor who knows staging works. Michael Knight, a HPW Coldwell Banker Realtor, has recently moved to Colvard Farms an exquist neighborhood in Raleigh Durham, NC. He was eager raise the bar and have our team Stage a spec home for Upright Builders. The first couple went through yesterday an hour after we finished and their response was great and he can't wait to show the home this weekend!

Beautiful staging, Michele. The new art in the family room over the mantle coordinates much better with the white built-ins with the light matting. Nice attention to detail.

Kathy~ I was not sure if I was going to be able to fit the picture in with the design plan that I had come up for the house, but I ended up using it in the breakfast room and I was surprised how well it worked and it actually co-ordinates with the chairs which was luck on my part!
