Our 60” big screen HDTV was starting to act up - you know - those annoying lines and static running through the screen.
In the 8 years we’ve owned this TV, we have placed the lamp twice and knew just where to go to purchase another: TVS Brothers. After replacing the lamp, it wasn’t any better.
So, we called TVS brothers who scheduled an appointment to come to the home. They arrived early, professionally and politely entered the home and inspected the TV. Within one minute, they had a diagnosis. They went out to their work van, brought in the appropriate chassis (one of only two working parts on these “high tech” tv’s we were told,) replaced the part and were on their way.
