This new construction home is full of quality craftsmanship .but had been on the market without any offers for over a month. The sellers told us that buyers couldn't figure out how to place their furniture near the fireplace -- they thought it wasn't a large enough space. Maureen, nice staging on this home. But I do have to make a comment on the rock fireplace...very rustic, I like it!
