I bought my first property in 1980, since that time I have owned outright and/or participated in ownership of a number of properties over the years. I have managed property as well. I have fixed and rented and resold them. Many I have dealt with multifamily type property. As a sales person and now a real estate broker, I have help buyers and sellers alike reach their real estate goals. I have numerous people by encouragement and bringing them into various aspects of the real estate business.
This book will come from my twenty plus years of real experience. In addition, I will include the experiences of many others who are actively practicing the various aspects of real estate in today market. So if you're looking to get started or just refresh yourself, these articles may help you. I will concentrate on multifamily units for this is my favorite. I buy and sell two - and - four unit properties.
