The view from my office window offers glimpses of the Kendall Yards development and the landscape is changing daily. In a recent article published in The Spokesman-Review, the writer called "Kendall Yards an Instant Hit".

This new urban community, situated on the north bank of the beautiful Spokane River, is a mix of single family homes, multifamily homes and apartments. Greenstone Homes is a locally owned and a locally managed company that cares about building quality homes and expanding the opportunity for those who want to live close to downtown Spokane.
The daughter of a close friend recently purchased her brand new home in Kendall Yards and she couldn't be happier. She is excited to be close to the Spokane Centennial Trail, restaurants, theatres, Spokane Library and downtown events (Nordstrom sale?) Not everyone who wants to live near downtown desires a converted warehouse.
