Thousands of people are moving to the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex every month as many corporations are choosing to call this area home.  While there are many great communities in the area,  Coppell shines like a shiny jewel!

While there are many homes for sale in Coppell under $300,000, they sell very quickly in this current market.  Plenty of choices exist in the higher end homes homes for sale in Coppell.

Many factors make Coppell an ideal location.  It is a suburb that is northwest of Dallas, northeast of Fort Worth, and south of Denton.  The city is virtually surrounded by major thoroughfares.

Texas Highway 121 and the Sam Rayburn Tollway frames the north and west sides of Coppell.  Highway 121 leads to Frisco, Plano, and McKinney in one direction, and to DFW International Airport, Grapevine, and Fort Worth in the other direction.

Interstate Highway 635 frames the southern side of Coppell, providing access to DFW International Airport, and to the north Dallas area, including the Galleria.

The President George Bush Turnpike (named for the first President Bush) is east of Coppell, for destinations such as Las Colinas, Irving, and Arlington in one direction, and Carrollton, Plano, and other points east in the other direction.

Interstate Highway I-35E is just a little bit further east of the Bush Turnpike, leading to downtown Dallas to the south, and to Lewisville Lake and Denton to the north.

Coppell offers a small town feel, with easy access to the amentities of the larger metro area.  Watch this short video for even more on what makes Coppell special.

Coppell really is a great place to live!  The revitalized "old town" area is so charming, and the selection of unique restaurants make Coppell special.  Along with the parks and schools, of course.  And especially the people who call Coppell home!
