I am starting a new campaign to add 4 Licensed, experienced, honest and ethical originators to our group.
YES - US Mortgages is Hiring and in need of 4 originators to help with our inbound leads.
I know there are licensed originators here in Colorado that read my blog and I am reaching out and saying that... "if you have a proven track record, want to be part of a winning team, close loans you are currently losing, add value to your current Realtor network and increase both of your revenue streams, then I am interested in speaking with you"!
Must be of high ethical standards (I know many think that that doesnt go hand in hand in this industry but I find that to be the exact opposite here and maybe its simply the culture we have. I am not interested in a fly by nighter or someone who doesnt put the client and their benefits first. I do not want the job hopper either but if there are valid reasons why then I am open to hearing that.
