Cedar Ridge is a community of 19 multi-level townhomes built in 1988. The architectural style is California Craftsman - always a popular style in Pasadena. Each has two master bedroom suites with a bath. The larger suite in each unit has a balcony. The entry level has living room with fireplace and access to an enclosed patio area. There is also a dining room, kitchen and powder room. The lower level consists of a two car garage, laundry connections and in some plans -- a bonus room which is ideal as an in-home gym, office or more storage.
The complex is gated(two pedestrian entrances and a single vehicle entrance) although there are some units with direct access off California Boulevard. It was recently re-landscaped and the exterior was re-painted. There is a small park located at the rear of the complex.

There is currently one Cedar Ridge townhome currently available for sale according to our mls. It is a street facing end unit with extensive renovations and approximately 1227 square feet priced at $549,000. There has been one mls-reported sale so far in 2014. It was also a street-facing unit with approximately 1151 square feet which closed for $515,000(list price $533,000) earlier in July .
For full year 2013, there was just one Cedar Ridge townhome sold. The unit with approximately 1227 square feet closed for $505,000(list price $499,900) in July of that year.
