Real Estate inventory levels in Coweta County Georgia are up about 20% from the same period in 2013.
As a result, prices are stabilizing as sellers are less likely to encounter multiple offers on desirable properties.
This is good news for buyer who in the past may have been able to locate suitable properties but lost out to another buyer that put together an offer better suited to the seller.
Some have suggested that the saturation of rental properties throughout the county has prompted institutional buyers to look elsewhere for income investment properties.
Also the number of foreclosures has returned to near normal levels, allowing traditional sellers to get back in to the market.
Despite the slowdown there is still demand for properly priced houses.
It is still a great time to sell in Coweta County Georgia!
