Like the headline says this has nothing to do with Real Estate or selling homes in Nutley NJ, Just Good Paella! if you enjoy some good spanish cooking then you are in for a treat!
Not only am I a succesful Realtor in Nutley NJ and Online Marketing Professional but I also like to dabble in the Kitchen and this is yesterdays dish.
And here is the recipe below:
Paella De Fede
Ingredients:
Olive oil
Onions
Red pepper
Chicken breast
Shrimp
Mussels
Clams
Saffron
Paprika
Yellow rice
Chicken broth
Garlic
Shrimp
1.Preheat pan with a little olive oil
2.Brown chopped chicken breast and remove from pan
3.Add a little more olive oil, throw in chopped onions & chopped red pepper and Minced Garlic until onions are cooked
4.Ad chicken broth, paprika and rice (uncooked) simmer for 20 minutes
5.Add seafood and cook for another 15-20 minutes with cover on
6. Sprinkle on some Peas and your done!
I precook the clams, mussels etc. Before I put them in you can also add sausage and calamari if you want also hope you enjoy.
