I would venture to say that the inquiries for the first couple of weeks will be noisy neighbors.

To go even to the next level, some agent pre-record everything EXCEPT the price and have the customer actually press # to get to an agent to get the price.

We have been using Archtelecom for several years using ther 800 service for people to call in and capture the callers information it works great and we slel a few from it every year.
