Ahhh...what a beautiful morning...cool air...the morning dew sparkling like a million diamonds in the warming sun while the light breeze shares a whiff of summer petunias on the front porch and the sounds of our feathered friends going about their day...heaven on earth!
We had a warm spell last week…nothing extremely hot…but warm just the same. This weekend, however, was quite pleasant and I was able to work for 12 hours on Sunday rebuilding shelves in the garage storage area. A much needed project.
Now this morning, a very pleasant and sunny one, I am looking out the window of my home office at my wife’s beautiful flower garden. The morning dew is still on the grass and flowers…the hubbub of the upcoming week has not quite started on the new homes being built behind us.
Over the past week we celebrated our 27th year of marriage and spent time with both of our children. We were fortunate to worship in the house of our Lord…and to harvest crop both from our garden and others.
Our pantry overflows with love and abundance…our tap is flush with life giving fresh water…and our air is clear and clean!
How could we ever be so fortunate to live in this beautiful land we call Nebraska?
How do we share our experience with others? Simple...
Our goal for this week is to make the lives of others better than it was the week before…whether through face to face meetings, anonymous donations or public contributions, words of encouragement, or assistance at our jobs.
We hope you have some of the same goals and that your week (and ours) is as blessed as ours was last week.
And finally….My family will:
Pray for Peace!!!
Until Next Time…Have a wonderful week!!
