They say home prices are relative to the area. I still get freaked out when I see your prices. Reminds me of my days in the hotel business when they offered me a transfer to San Francisco. I turned it down and they were totally shocked. 

My cousin lives in San Diego and literally has the same house and floor plan I have here in Atlanta. (it was kinda freaky the first time I saw it...and that was in like '95 or '96. At THAT time it was worth something like $500,000 I think? 

Mine in ATL is not even half of that!
