A testimonial From A Repeat Client

I had a client close on their Cheshire CT home recently, after waiting for the buyer to close on their home as well. After 3 years in their new home, the family was forced to relocate because of a job promotion. It was a good thing for the fmily, but it could have been a negative as they did not have much tine to appreciate their new home, much less gain significant equity.

They had done a lot of work to make the home comfortable for them and the challenge was to get it sold and to not have a large deficiency that needed to be satisfied at closing.

All this was accomplished, most likely because the buyers recognized there was a lot of value to the house.

As is my routine, I had made donations to some charities in my client's names, and they received the cards of acknowledgment in the mail. They did take the time to send a thank you note along with a testimonial offering their feelings on the service they received. I offer as follows:
