Hi David. Your video of your new listing is great! I love that area. The views are great. That is a very nice listing. Thank you for sharing.

For any agents out there that may have a buyer for this property I would like to add that this area is a very Good location. It is very quiet and peaceful and has the appearance of being secluded, however, it is only minutes away from the main highway and all area shopping and business districts.

Great showing on the Overlook home. Talk about the killer view of the Arkansas River from the jacuzzi. I am anxious to see what kind of responses that you get and you will get some responsees.
