Neal: Sadly, those homes priced in the $1.5 and above range are the ones that seem to be taking longer than average day to go Pending here as well. We have the Buyers, they're just afraid to make the leap with the negative publicity of late or they're having trouble selling in other parts of the country. Hopefully the spring will bring them out again!

Plus there aren't many homes in the neighborhood and they are custom built as well.
