FL Tax Free Week Starts Aug 1- Aug 3 2014..

Highlights of 2014 Tax Free Week.

Heading for the outlets, malls and flea markets and pay no sales tax (savings of 6%) on the following:
• Clothing, and bags under $100 per item (including wallets, handbags, backpacks, fanny packs and diaper bags but excluding briefcases, suitcases and other garment bags; excluding watches, watchbands, jewelry, umbrellas) 
• Footwear under $75 (excluding skis, swim fins, roller blades and skates)
• School supplies under $15 per item (including pens, pencils, erasers, crayons, notebook filler paper, legal pads, binders, lunch boxes, construction paper, markers, folders, poster board, composition books, scissors, cellophane tape, glue or paste, rulers, computer disks, protractors, compasses and calculators)
• Personal computer or related accessory per first $750 (including any electronic book reader, laptop, desktop, handheld, tablet, or tower computer but does not include cellular telephones, video game consoles, digital media receivers, or devices that are not primarily designed to process data).
