I am very excited to be making a move to a new real estate brokerage. After many months of planning, we are set for our August 1st launch of Equitas Realty in Saratoga Springs NY.
Equitas Realty will be an independent firm that is comprised of our core group of agents that have been together for the past 5 years as we built our KW office from the ground up. Making the move as an independent brokerage not associated with a national franchise gives us the opportunity to grow and explore new avenues in real estate that will benefit all of our clients as well as agents both new and experienced. The future of the real estate business looks nothing like its past so we have created a new way of doing business; one that is business savvy, technology wise and we believe is smarter on every level. Over the next few days I will be launching a new website that will give everyone a look at just a few pieces of the great new technology we have invested in.
I am looking forward to the future as our team continues to grow our new adventure together.
