Baton Rouge Louisiana FestForAll Festival May 3, 2008

 Yes, I know what you're thinking. Another Festival? Baton Rouge is full of them. How does anyone have anytime for work with all of this fun going on? So, get ready for the Baton Rouge FestForAll Festival. Hey, say that five time fast! FestForAll has been a tradition since 1973.

The Baton Rouge FestForAll Festival is going to be held on Saturday May 3, 2008 from 10 am-7:30 pm and Sunday May 4 from Noon to 6:30 pm. Come experience the arts first hand. You will be able to purchase line crafts and works of art from over 90 artists! Wow, thats a lot of art! There will be wonderful pottery, wood work, stained glass, jewelry and much more.

 

What about entertainment? You know when it comes to entertainment Baton Rouge knows how to bring it. This year they have an awesome line-up including artist like: The Head Hunters, Eric Lindell, Bluerunners, Henry Gray, Men War, Tyree Neal and the One Neal Family Band, Billy Shaver, Johny Grey and much more!

 

What? More Entertainment? Yes, sir. There are going to be a variety of bands playing but there's also going to be a good number of performances. These performances are going to be put on by several different groups like: Baton Rouge Ballet Theatre, Sweet Adelines, Playmakers of Baton Rouge, Of Moving Colors, Louisiana Symphony Junior Orchestra, Cargelosi Dance Project, Kenny Kleinpeter and more!

 

PLUS- The Children's Village coordinated by the Junior League of Baton Rouge will put on a show including puppets, musicians, story tellers, jugglers, magicians, stilt walkers and more! There will also be interactive art demos through out the weekend.
