Home sales in the Highland Park area were down 27% in June 2014 compared to last year, with 91 homes selling this month. So far this year, overall home sales have a decrease of 12% , with 458 homes sold. New Highland Park real estate listings decreased 1% from last year, with 133 homes listed this month. For the year-to-date, home listings have decreased 7%, with 821 homes listed. The number of current listings under contract this month was down 4%, at 82 homes.
