If you are just getting started with your tablet, here are some great shortcuts to help you save time and impress your tech-savvy clients.

To get back to the top of a very long website, tap the status bar once and you are quickly brought back to the top. This saves you from having to scroll all the way up.

  • Create a Keyboard Shortcut.

You can program your keyboard to type a commonly used phrase for you. For instance, if you wanted to type, "Thank you for letting us help you find your dream home", go into Settings, touch General, then Keyboard. Scroll down a bit and touch "Add new Shortcut". In the "Phrase" field, type the above message, and in the "Shortcut" field you can type something simple, like "ty". You need only type those 2 letters and the full phrase will appear. Touch the space bar to select the phrase.

  • Turn off Auto-Correct.

We’ve all seen the hilarious auto-correct errors floating around the internet. As funny as these mistakes are, you don’t want the joke to be on you, and sometimes auto-correct can be just plain annoying. To turn it off, go to Settings, General, and Keyboard. Find “Auto-Correction” and turn it off.
