- Sellers that get a home inspection and fix all the potential problems that come out of the inspection can expect a 1% increase in offers coming in.
- If a home is priced correctly, the seller should see an offer within 60 days, and if you have had 10 showings and no offers then you are at least priced 5-10% above the market.
