Las Vegas Home Real Estate Stats for the week ending July 23, 2014:

For those who like following the numbers out there, here are the Weekly Las Vegas Home Real Estate Stats.  
 

Current Available Inventory: 
7028 Single Family Residences available for sale:
863 of them are Short Sales
293 of them are Foreclosures
5872 of them are traditional sales

Homes with Accepted Contract
711 property went into Contingent or Pending Status (they accepted an offer)
117 of those were Short Sales
65 were Foreclosures
529 were traditional sales

Homes that Closed Escrow and moved to Sold Status
457 went in to Sold status
46 of those were Short Sales
41 of those were Foreclosures
370 of those were traditional sales
 

Las Vegas currently has 10 weeks of inventory

Hey Jimmy nice work listing all those stats. I did not realize there were that many distresed sales still going on. Maybe a deal is still to be had in Vegas!

Thanks David.  We had a high of 70% distressed sales, now under 10%.  It feels better this way.  :)
