You Can Count the Greenbacks but You Can't Keep Them! Your business is booming and your rockin' the top of the real estate charts.

Oops, maybe you are kickin' at the dust and thinking that old 9 to 5 is looking more and more appealing.

Hey, perhaps you are cruisin' with the top down selling homes as the mood hits.

It could be the ink isn't even dry on the certificate yet and you are wide-eyed about what could be in this biz.

Or maybe you are in the twilight and still living the dream via referrals out to hungry agents.

Whatever your walk is in this industry, WHAT IF someone came up to you and gave you $1,000 to spend anyway you wanted, with the caveat that it had to be business related.

With that sudden windfall you were not expecting...what would you do with the money?

Put on your thinking caps and share what you would use that $1K house-money on/for.

We are so alike in our thinking...I have been eyeing a large billboard myself and considering trying that advertising. Tomorrow I am going to inquire on it and weigh the options. Lisa: I have seen 2 other agents try it here with mixed results but I think I can make it work because my brand exposure is a lot better. It is pricy (roughly $1K per month) but I am considering a 3-month trial to see if it generates new biz. All it takes is one new client to break even.

I would say it could be time for me to finally join the IPAD age. Normally I am on top of tech but they are up to generation 5 and I still have not been sucked in until recently.
