Find Your Forever in Cote D'Azur!

By
Real Estate Agent with Quantum One Realty

I just recently blogged about my listing that I currently have in the beautiful Cote D'Azur. Furthermore, I wanted to share the facts about the property and not just about my listing! As we know, moving into a condo brings a community and it is so important to keep in mind the association and the tenants before making such an important decision as purchasing a condo!

The Cote D'Azur consists of two 18-story building with a total of 206 units. As you can imagine, this leads to quite a robust and fun sense of community. All of the units offer beautiful ocean and intracoastal views - some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets you'll see!

Condos in this community range in size from 1,210 to 1,432 square feet, living tenants with ample room to enjoy their units with split bedroom floor plans. Units also boast walk-in closets!

When it comes to the property, the condo association is strong - which is so very important - and they even offer a super user-friendly and intuitive website for tenants to access. In this day and time, a condo that can adjust to technology needs and reach their tenants efficiently and easily is so important! Their website is as follows: http://www.cotecondo.com/

The community has a very nice fitness center, tennis courts, a clubhouse, and a beautiful swimming pool with private beach access. You really can't go wrong with a location like this!

Hi David Shamansky

Thanks for your engagement!

Singer Island is an island of Palm Beach County on the east coast of Florida (the Atlantic Ocean). It is an island with a bridge connecting it to Palm Beach Gardens on one end and Riviera Beach on the other end. It is about 1.5 hours north of Miami Beach, FL.

Come visit! You won't regret it.
