houston

Houston is home to the second largest REALTORS® Association/board in the country. Finding a GOOD agent is imperative if you are to achieve your goal with efficient, memorable & and financial results. Buying a home may very well be the largest financial investment of your life.

                               * Find a FULL time agent! A part time agent will surely have great intentions, but you need someone who is available when you need them the most. An agent who works at the phone company during the day cannot offer the same level of service as often as a FULL time agent can. MAKE THE AGENT EARN THEIR PAY - YOU DESERVE IT!

                               * Work With A HUNGRY AGENT!A go getter who sees results as the only option. Results don't include just a paycheck, they include making you a client for life! The rewards of referrals will far exceed any check a REALTOR® will ever make. I firmly believe we are here on this planet to help one another, getting paid to do it makes it that much more enjoyable.

66 Greg Nino is Available 24/7! Believe it! Your transaction is my NUMBER 1 Priority! While other agents hit ignore or their cell phone, I strive to return all calls within 10 minutes! I guarantee a thorough, educated and QUICK response!

* Use an agent who is NOT afraid to give you the good, the bad and the ugly. YOU NEED to hear the truth! Don't be hoodwinked and find the agent who "sounds" better. Ask the tough questions! When buying a property ask for a FULL analysis of any home your interested in BEFORE you put in your offer! NO LAZY OFFERS!

*Avoid Shady, Goofy or  any Silly Commission Givers!!!!Do you offer part of you paycheck to your customers to get their busniess? A GOOD agent EARNS EVERY PENNY! If someone is offering you part of their check upfront - RUN! If you think excellent representation is expensive, try working with the individual who can't stop trying to "just get the deal closed!"

Great points, Greg. I once worked as the Office Coordinator in an office where only 1 out of 12 agents were full time. I saw first hand the lack of representation, commitment, and guidance that were offered by these agents. I'm not saying that part time agents are bad, but in that office, I did everything except show the properties for them. Since they all had full time jobs elsewhere, they had very little time for the client.
