Real Estate Connect July - San Francisco... Who's going?!

Thought I would find out who all is going to the Inman real estate connect in July in San Francisco? Already have my spot reserved, can not wait to catch up with familiar faces and meet new ones! So let me know if you are going as I would love to meet new friends in the real estate industry! I was at the one last year in San Francisco and I am curious to see how the major players in the market plan to adapt to the current downward spiral of the market. Especially companies such as Zillow, which relied on high 2004-2006 values for their valuation tools and now their valuations are are much as 20-40% higher than true market value. Also I saw they were pumped with VC money right before the market dropped. Wonder how they're surviving! Anyways let me know if you plan to be there in July!
