It is out the latest statistics for Sales from 11/2006 through February,2008... The market shows a very stable 2007 and a good 2008. Predictions for the spring of 2008 looks like the market will continue on an upswing with the usual lows of Jan.2008 and Feb.2008 which is normal for this time of year.
