Spring Hill, TN is the community just south of Nashville on I-65. Sitting on the Williamson and Maury county line Spring Hill has grown from the sleepy farm community to a happening little town.

This is reflected by the price increase of an average of 7% over last years average sales price and the trend toward slightly larger homes selling.

Once the home of the Saturn manufacturing plant where Chevy Traverse are now built the job market here remains strong. Affiliated suppliers and support operations continue to pop-up in the area.
The area is rich in history dating back to the original Native American hunting area to early settlers who used the rich land to farm. The civil war saw the battle of Spring Hill where Union and Confederates fought for position leading to the Battle of Franklin.
Still in the 20th Century the town became known nationally for the breeding of livestock and many mansions and plantations still remain from the pre civil war days. In the late 1980s General Motors built its Saturn Manufacturing Plant and employed close to 8,000 hourly and salary workers in its hay day. Today they build other GM products and employ around 2,000 people.
