How did it all start? I was minding my business one day when I discovered ActiveRain and was intrigued. The fact that you could comment, post and blog seemed to me to be the way to go and something I should look into. This was the future and ActiveRain was a good platform to learn from. So I crawl into the site and live, learn, experiment and progress...AND THEN IT HAPPENED!
WHAT THIS?
I saw them! I couldn't believe that you could have more than what I was already doing and liking. POINTS? I want them and at that time, they had a good system of leading you by points. Do this...you get points. Do that, you get some more. Keep doing it, and you climb into the POINT HEIGHTS!
A POINT...BY ANY OTHER NAME...IS STILL A POINT
How was I supposed to know that it was like eating sweets? Pizza? Hot Fudge Sundaes? Addicting this little journey of points that I discovered. You get your fill, get some more and then...you are ALL IN as they say in poker at some point when you are ready to go all the way!
FREE TURNS HEADS
Amazing because I found out while playing with this new found treat that if you collected enough of them, my large then lump payment to ActiveRain would cease and desist. It was worth every penny at the time but FREE is FREE and it just hits the sweet spots...freeeeee
STUFFED POINTS?
Now look what I have noticed million points later give or take...I watch rankings of who is in front of me and what it takes to gain on them. Imagine that. It reminds me of the old cartoons where two people are looking at each other and a balloon over their heads appeared with a picture in it...Each one sees the other as food! lol Please, its human nature so don't react here
BLOGS OF A FEATHER?
As I am figuring out daily pole position, so are the other savvy, no nonsense ACTIVERAIN-ER blogger extraordinaire take no prisoners poster and blogger. My group is a competitive bunch too because they don't pull over for nothing. I guess like attracts like here. Blogs of a feather post together?

Just when I finish calculating MPH and what it takes to pass, I notice in my rear view post mirror I am being GAINED on whoa!...So, there is the title of this post. They are behind me and in front of me. I cant pull over and have to eat while I drive too...Rainers...they like to blog, post, comment and their points!
