There are many different floor plans to choose from .There are also many planned activities to keep you busy if you chose to be social . Privacy if that is what you are looking for . There are two waterfront seasonal pools for your enjoyment . Tennis courts for the players . Beautiful deck that overlooks the river with a European feeling to watch boating activities or to just relax . There is a shuttle bus that takes the residents to Septa train service so there is no need to worry about parking .
Delaire Landing is a wonderful place to Live . Just ask anyone who lives there they will tell you how much they love living at Delaire Landing . I have touched on just a few of the wondrous amenities at Delaire Landing Condo Community . There are many many more points ; especially the wonderful people who live there . I lived there for many years and made many life long friends and neighbors .
Prices seem to be increasing in Delaire Landing Condo Communty and this a positive sign. Hopefully the market will keep inproving .
