Nashua New Hampshire is hosting the 3rd annual Touch-A-Truck event for children – Kids will have the opportunity to climb aboard a fire truck, big rig an ambulance... and more.
On August 7yth, kids can attend the“TOUCH-A-TRUCK” event at Nashua High School South.
“TOUCH-A-TRUCK” exposes kids to vehicles of all types – public service, emergency, utility, construction, delivery .. and some special "cool" trucks.
Kids can touch, climb on and ask questions about their favorite trucks. There will be peope on hand to teach children about the trucks and their role in the community.
Expected to participate are the a Hannaford’s tractor trailer, the zamboni from Conway Ice Arena, a Rockingham Ambulance, fire engine from the Nashua Fire Department and a crane from McGuiness Tree Services. First Student is providing a school bus and the City of Nashua-Parks & Recreation Department will have their bucket truck at the event. Over 20 different vehicles are scheduled to be on display.

- Cost: Suggested donation of $5 per car or van
The Child Care Advisory Commission of Nashua is presenting Touch-A-Truck and donations help with affordability of childcare for Nashua Children and on-going training and education.
The Commission is part of the Division of Public Health and Community Services – Office of Child Care Services for the City of Nashua.
