As Realtors we are in the customer service business. The same goes for our terrific group of affiliates, the lenders, inspectors and such. That in mind I recently ad an interesting Customer Service at its Finest experience. Here is how it played out.

 

I have a non-life threatening medical condition that requires I see a specialist. I made an appointment over a month ago for Thursday August 14 at 3:30 PM. Unfortunately the condition has gotten worse so I called a few days back, explained the issue and requested an earlier appointment. The young girl was very polite and said they would be happy to help. She put me on hold and came back a moment later and said they could see me at 12:30 on... you guessed it, Thursday August 14. Thanks, I appreciate the help! The 3 hours will make all the difference.

That is great customer service! I am sure those 3 hours will make all the difference.....and you will probably sit in the waiting room until the original time.
