Goodbye March

That was the month that was! I know we still have tomorrow but where did March go?  Regardless of the current situation in the real estate market, weather it is on fire like it was in the early 2000's or suffering like it has been now for almost 3-years the seasonality of it remains predictable.  There is always a flurry of activity as cold winter days change into sunny spring ones.  This year has been no exception.

See the rest of this post on my website blog, "Keep it Real in Sacramento."

Ah... I am so happy to see spring coming in the south!  It's a cold rainy day here today, but the leaves are already starting to bud out.  Hopefully sales will be blooming too!  Happy blogging.

Julie I used to live in Sacramento. Now I live in Idaho. It is currently snowing and 30 degrees here. It is simply beautiful. I am willing to wait a few more weeks until spring. Take care.

The entry level market in my town is brisk.  Don't compare this market to 3 yrs ago, compare it to the last 10 yr average, then it aint so bad. Hey sounds like an idea for a post.

It is Spring time.  The market should pick up some just from seasonal activity.  We can only hope.

Sometimes it is the simplest posts that attract the most attention!

Charlie - Winter is clearly gone here in Sacramenot and I am happy about that.

Jolynna (nice name!) - It is not too nice here in my part of California today either....sooooon!

Kevin - You sure moved to a nice part of the world but after grwoing up in Alaska I an not ready to leave warm summer evenings, at least not yet!

Jim - I have had to do some quick recruting to keep up with the demand....very nice.

Mike - Good point, let me know when you do the post.

Rob - In your area where the seasons are a bit masked by constant summer, you may not see it!!

Thanks again,

Julie, you are correct that as the season changes, so does our business. I have noticed an increase.

Like I keep telling people.  We have to live somewhere.  Spring makes people look for homes.

I guess we would have to say, goodbye to fall here in Katy.  I mean, we had about a dozen "COLD" days during what most would call winter (sub 35 degrees as a standard for COLD here in Houston).  My oak tree didn't even lose it's leaves this "winter".  Very odd.

Hello Danny - glad to hear you are seeing some increased activity in your area.

Hi John - That is a pretty down to earth approach, we have a lot of renters out here who are glad they are not homeonwers and love to blog about it!

Ron - As your humid days begin you will recall it was spring!  Are you seeing any increase in activity?

Hey Tina - Really enjoyed meeting you and look forward to seeing you later this week.

Have a good day!
