I think that the meeting went well yesterday! My clients and I met with the listing agent and the owner/seller of the home that my clients are interested in. We spent about an hour talking and getting to know each other as best you can in an hour. All of the questions were addressed and mostly answered, we still have a couple of things that need answers. Once we read the homeowner's association rules and regs, we should have the majority of those answers. We solved the parking (or lack of) situation. After the meeting, we went back over to the house and were able to get into the garage. We had not been able to see the inside until yesterday. We used my Chevrolet Trailblazer to test the garage to see if it was big enough to fit the clients car in. They have an Envoy which is a little taller and a tiny bit wider than my car. My car fit in there fine, although it was a little tricky getting it into the garage with the huge piles of snow in the way. My clients went home this morning, they will be talking about this home until they come to a decision whether or not they want to buy it. I feel confident that we have addressed all of the issues so now it's up to them. I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed!
