The Village of Creekside Park, The Woodlands latest community (edit/delete)

Located just south of Spring Creek in Harris County is Creekside Park, the newest addition to The Woodlands already popular neighborhood villages. Here you will find family homes, patio homes, age- qualified homes(55 plus), and custom and estate homes in the gated section of Carlton Woods Creekside. Prices will start in the 200's and go over 3 million. This is going to be a fantastic community. As with the other Villages in The Woodlands, Creekside park will have neighborhoods within the Village. You are sure to find a neighborhood to fit your personality, style, and price range.

Rob Fleming Park is unbelievable, simply beautiful. I took my daughter out there and took pictures of her next to the bluebonnet meadow. There is a lodge , picnic area, play area, groves of trees, a lakeside trail, and just beautiful natural landscaping as far as you can see. George Mitchell Nature Preserve is across the street and will feature 7 miles of frontage along Spring creek, bike trails, hiking, kayaking, birding, camping and mountain biking. The new aquatic center which should open around May 2008 will be a 13 acre site at the edge of Lake Paloma with a large free-form pool, a 3 lane lap pool, a lazy river, a pool house with concessions, a playground, a canoe ramp and so much more. This will be open to all residents for a seasonal fee. You will also find a YMCA, a health and wellness center, a childwatch center and an outdoor theatre with stage. I am so excited to see these things take place. Ponds and parks will b e the center of attention of all 13 residential neighborhoods within Creekside Park.

Children in Creekside Park will be zoned to Tomball ISD . There will be new schools in the village as well as places of worship and a village center for shopping, restaraunts, grocery stores and other neighborhood conveniences that the other Villages enjoy.

Please check back as I will take pictures and report on the new developments as they happen.

If you are interested in checking out this community for yourself, please give me a call and I will take you on a tour and answer any questions you may have.
