Battle Ground Elementary School, Battle Ground, Indiana starts on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 for students.

It is once again time to start another school year in Tippecanoe School Corporation and students are to report for classes at Battle Ground Elementary School on Wednesday, August 13, 2014.

Classes will begin at 8:55 AM at Battle Ground Elementary and school dismisses at 3:30 PM on a regular school day.

The school is located at 303 Main Street in Battle Ground, Indiana.  Mr. John Pearl is the principal and can be reached at 765-567-2200.

 I would have included all 409 posts on the topic, but I didn't want to bore you.   ^_~ 

 I was present for the sesquicentennial in 1961 and the bicentennial in 2011 for the Battle of Tippecanoe which later helped General William Henry Harrison get elected president in the 1840 presidential election  (remember this from your history classes in school, "TIPPECANOE and Tyler too!"  ????

This is the place, and later a town would spring up called BATTLE GROUND.  Where yours truly went to school!
